Your lender needs to find out before your offer is presented if their guidelines and underwriters will accept the buyer's bonuses and overtime income as part of their approval. This has blown up many purchases.
4. Is the buyer using a down payment assistance program? If so, have they fulfilled all the requirements of this program? You will also need to provide the name, phone number, and email of the down payment assistance program contact.
